I understand/accept that TotalShip receivable terms are 30 days from date of
billing. Delay in payment can result in suspended credit privileges. Any accounts tendering
an NSF can be cash only for future transactions and a fee of $45.00 will be charged. It is
agreed that a review of your credit history may be carried out in conjunction with this
application. By opening an account, you agree to receive electronic messages from
TotalShip.
INSURANCE AND MAXIMUM LIABILITY:
THE MAXIMUM LIABILITY PER SHIPMENT IS $2.00 / LB OR $4.41 / KG. ALL CUSTOMERS SHIP AT THEIR OWN RISK OF DAMAGE OR LOSS UNLESS ADDITIONAL INSURANCE IS PURCHASED FOR THE FULL VALUE OF THE CARGO. IT IS THE CUSTOMER’S RESPONSIBILITY TO ADVISE TOTALSHIP THAT ADDITIONAL INSURANCE WILL BE REQUIRED ON A PER SHIPMENT BASIS.
IT IS UNDERSTOOD THAT THE CREDIT REFERENCES PROVIDED ABOVE MAY BE USED TO DETERMINE THE CREDIT WORTHINESS OF THE ACCOUNT. BY AGREEING YOU CONFIRM THAT ALL INFORMATION PROVIDED IS ACCURATE AND YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ AND CONFIRM YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF OUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
I agree that TotalShip reserves the right to invoice and collect all unpaid shipping costs by the customer from the shipper or receiver.
